1. What we collect

The information you give us through the contact form: your first names, your email address, your phone number if you provide it, and the details of your wedding. It is used only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare our conversation.

When you open the brochure we sent you, we can see how many times it has been opened and when, so that we can get back to you at the right moment. Nothing else is recorded.

2. Cookies and audience measurement

To see which pages are visited and improve the website, we use Matomo, an audience measurement tool installed on our own hosting in France: no data is passed on to third parties. It sets no cookies, your IP address is anonymised and detailed data is deleted after 25 months. Configured in line with the recommendations of the CNIL (the French data protection authority), this measurement does not require your consent; you can still opt out below.

This website uses no advertising cookies. The gallery videos are served by Ourstoria, our film host. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly: it appears at the bottom of the home page and may set its own cookies, which it needs in order to work.

3. Sharing your data

We do not share your information with third parties, unless required by law.

4. Retention and security

Enquiries received through the form are sent by email to contact@airmediafilms.fr and kept for 12 months on our hosting in France, outside the website, then deleted, as are the dates on which the brochure was opened. We take the necessary measures to protect them against any unauthorised access.

5. Your rights

In accordance with French law and the GDPR, you may access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing or object to it. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@airmediafilms.fr.
